Two Hearts, One Moment

The
planning process made easy
and fun
Apart from the legal requirements of a
ceremony, the type of ceremony, style and/or feel you wish to create
is always unique for each couple.
Step 1: An Initial Meeting
This meeting is designed to help you, and
allows us to get to know each other; sharing suggestions regarding music,
wedding vows, possible readings and poetry, and rituals such as a
candle lighting or sand ceremony you may wish to consider. If you already have a
vision of the ceremony you wish to create, then we will ensure that
readings, wedding vows, rituals, music, etc. are the perfect selections for
your vision to become reality. If you do not yet have a
sense, but feel you would like more guidance, then I will offer many
suggestions to explore the style and "feel" of the ceremony you wish
to create.
I work with you to ensure all the loose ends
are discussed and that your ceremony reflects your unique
relationship with each other, your family and friends. While
it is always preferable meet in person, if this is not possible we
will meet over the phone.

Step 2: Wedding Ceremony - an Initial Draft
From
our discussions and sharing, I will write your wedding ceremony, including
both words and rituals and send it to you for comments and feedback.
We are in touch over the phone and/or by e-mail until you feel
comfortable with the ceremony. An additional meeting is always an
option depending upon your desires.
Step 3: Your Wedding Day
On
the day of your wedding, I will arrive 30-45 minutes prior to your
ceremony. This
allows us to make sure that any loose ends are handled.
As
your celebrant and officiant, you can be assured that I will
work closely with any event
planner, musicians, DJ, photographer and catering manager, you
may be utilizing.
At
the end of your ceremony, we will sign the marriage license, and I
will leave a bound copy of the ceremony with you as part of my gift to
you. The executed marriage license is then sent to the
appropriate town or city hall.
I
will be honored to continue being available to you for future questions, requests and other
life cycle celebrations or events as they unfold in your lives.
Peace
and blessings
